RESIDENT RESOURCES - PAY MY ASSESSMENT
Spring Mill’s monthly assessments are due on the 1st of each month. Payments are
considered late when received after the 15th of the month. For your convenience,
monthly assessment payments can be remitted using one of these methods:
1. Check - mail regular assessment payments to the Association’s lockbox at:

Please include your payment coupon with check. Processing will be delayed for checks
received without payment coupons and late fees will be applied.
2. Automatic Withdrawal – have your assessments automatically withdrawn from your
checking or savings account. Just complete the direct debit form found on the
documents library page. There is no fee for this service.
3. Credit Card – Currently unavailable. We expect to have this service available through Barrington Bank during the next quarter. You will be able to pay using credit card, debit card, or with an e-check. Check back soon for details.
